Who we are
Armstrong Care, Inc. is an intellectual disabilities services provider located in Armstrong County, PA. We are a non-profit organization providing services to intellectually disabled adult male and female individuals. We currently have 12 group homes located in the Kittanning and Ford City, PA areas. Our group homes have direct care professionals on site to assist individuals 24/7. Armstrong Care, Inc. believes in the respectfulness of every person, and in the freedom of all individuals to experience the highest degree of independence. Embracing this philosophy, Armstrong Care, Inc. works with individuals with disabilities through a variety of intellectual disabilities services. These services include, for example, residential services, our in-house Community Participation Services (CPS) program, and encouraging our individuals to keep employment in the community.
Our direct care professionals in each of the homes are responsible for helping individuals with daily routines including, but not limited to: light cooking and cleaning, medication administration, and transportation.

About the Provider Alliance
The Provider Alliance (TPA) supports agencies that serve people with intellectual disabilities and autism across Pennsylvania. We do this through collaboration, advocacy, innovation and information-sharing across our membership. The Provider Alliance promotes best practices and workforce development to help our members deliver safe, supportive, and compassionate services that are part of the fabric of our local communities.
